Changes / Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to SUPPORT@CYNJIN.COM. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once an odder has been processed for shipment we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. 

Domestic Shipping

Ground 5-7 Days     Next Day 3-4 Days     Priority 1-2 Days



Following credit card authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 5-7 days (Monday through Friday). This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. Please note; our shipping warehouse is located in Georgia. If your shipping address is on the East Coast, you will generally receive your package within 2-3 days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will arrive within 2-4 days (excluding holidays and weekends); pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed for overnight service before 2:00 PM EST will ship out the day ordered and will arrive within 1-2 days (excluding holidays and weekends); pending credit card authorization and verification. Please note, at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Shipments to outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered. Price Adjustment Policy

We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

Pricing Payment Options

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on deliver of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Prices displayed on the CynJin website are quoted in U.S dollars. CynJin only accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa for on-line purchases.

Please note that your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirms stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there maybe instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, however, that this email confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment you will receive a second email containing the details of your order and a tracking number.

As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms of duration of any special offers or sale promotion. If we are unable to fill your order we will attempt to contact you and if we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before the are shipped to customers. should you receive and item that is not in perfect condition please contact SUPPORT@CYNJIN.COM immediately.


We want you to be happy with your CynJin purchase. You may return or exchange domestically purchased non-sale unused merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused. Any returned merchandise that is damaged may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. All sale items are “Final Sales” and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

Returns made within 15 business days of delivery qualify for free return shipping (US customers, only).

Instructions for Returns:

1. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier bar codes from package.

2. Place the shipping label on your package.

3. Drop off your package at a UPS Store. To find your nearest UPS store, please visit Please retain the appropriate portion of the shipping label for your records and in order to track your package.

4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Please Note: Packages received at CynJin after 15 days will incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.

If your package arrives at CynJin within the 30-day timeline, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account (or provided at the time you place your order) when your refund has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
